Abiral Himalayan Dog Chew has been producing private label chews for brands in the USA, UK, and Canada since 2021. We handle everything from milk collection to the finished, printed, sealed pack. You focus on selling.

What Private Labelling Means Here

You get our chews, made to our standard, packed in your packaging with your brand name on it. Your customers see your brand. Nothing on the pack points back to us unless you want it to.

We also offer white label, where you sell our existing pack designs under your own name with a simple label change. That is faster and cheaper to start.

Your Private Label Options

• Option 1: Label only. We use our stock pack format. You supply the label artwork. Fastest route to market.
• Option 2: Custom printed packaging. Your own bag, pouch, sleeve, or box design, printed to your artwork.
• Option 3: Full custom product. Your own chew sizes, shapes, flavour mix, and packaging. Best for established brands with a clear spec.

MOQ for Private Label

Our standard MOQ is 100 kg per order.

For private label, the number can shift. It depends on your packaging design and how many product variants you want. Printed packaging usually has its own minimum from the printer, and that is often what sets the real floor.

We work this out with you during quoting. We would rather find a number that fits your business than force you into one that does not.

The Production Process

1. Brief. You tell us your products, sizes, quantities, and packaging idea.
2. Quote. We send pricing, MOQ, and lead time.
3. Samples. We send product samples so you can check hardness, smell, and finish.
4. Artwork. You send your design files. We check them against print and label needs.
5. Digital proof. We send a proof. You approve or request changes.
6. Print run. Packaging is printed and delivered to our facility.
7. Production. Milk collection, curdling, pressing, drying, curing, cutting, and shaping.
8. Quality check. Hardness, moisture, weight, and appearance checks.
9. Packing. Your chews go into your packaging, sealed and coded.
10. Export. Documents prepared, shipment booked, tracking shared.

Private label orders usually take 20 to 25 days to produce, mainly because of the design and approval steps. Standard orders move faster.

How to Get Started

Most brands go from first email to first shipment in about 6 to 10 weeks, depending on artwork speed and freight choice.
