3. Website Content
We try to keep the information on this site accurate and current. Product details, images, and specifications are given in good faith.
Product appearance may vary slightly between batches, because our chews are handmade from natural milk. Colour, size, and texture can differ a little.
Nothing on this website is a binding offer. Prices and availability are confirmed only in a written quotation.
4. Enquiries and Quotations
Submitting an enquiry does not create a contract. We will respond with a quotation where possible.
Quotations are valid for the period stated on them. Prices may change after that period due to raw material cost, currency movement, or freight rates.
5. Orders
A contract is formed only when:
- We issue a proforma invoice, and
- You confirm the order in writing, and
- The agreed deposit is received.
Minimum order quantities apply. Our standard minimum is 100 kg per order, subject to product and packaging.
6. Prices and Payment
- Prices are quoted in the currency stated on your quotation.
- Prices exclude freight, insurance, duties, and taxes unless stated otherwise.
- Payment terms are set out on your proforma invoice.
- A deposit is normally required at order confirmation, with the balance due before shipment.
- Bank charges are borne by the sender unless agreed otherwise.
- Late payment may delay production or shipment.
7. Production and Lead Times
Lead times given are estimates based on normal conditions. Production typically takes 7 to 25 days depending on order size, product mix, and packaging.
We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our control, including weather, transport disruption, strikes, power failure, customs action, or supply shortages.
8. Private Label and Artwork
If you order private label products:
- You confirm you own or have the right to use all artwork, logos, and text you supply.
- You are responsible for making sure your label meets the legal requirements of your own market.
- You must approve a digital proof before printing. Once approved, printing costs are non-refundable.
- We are not responsible for errors in artwork you have approved.
9. Packaging and Labelling
We pack according to the specification agreed in writing. Where you supply label content, you are responsible for its accuracy and compliance.
10. Shipping and Delivery
- Delivery terms (such as FOB, CIF, or EXW) are stated on your quotation and invoice.
- Risk and title pass according to the agreed delivery term.
- Transit times are estimates only.
- We are not responsible for delays at customs in the destination country.
11. Import Compliance
You are responsible for import permits, registrations, duties, taxes, and any documentation required in your own country.
We provide export-side documents including the commercial invoice, packing list, certificate of origin, ingredient list, lab test reports, and health or quarantine certificates where applicable.
12. Quality Claims
If you believe a shipment does not meet the agreed specification, tell us in writing within [insert number] days of arrival. Please include photos, batch codes, and a clear description.
We will investigate using our batch records. Where a claim is accepted, we will agree a fair remedy such as replacement, credit, or partial refund.
Claims made after the notice period, or where the product has been stored incorrectly, may not be accepted.
13. Product Use
Our products are dog chews. They are not for human consumption.
Dogs should be supervised while chewing. Choose the correct size for your dog. Always provide fresh water. We are not liable for misuse of the product.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability for any order is limited to the invoice value of that order.
We are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including loss of profit, loss of business, or loss of reputation.
Nothing in these terms limits liability where the law does not allow it to be limited.
